Jasmine Wilson

Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. Jasmine strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.

Jasmine works with adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and other emotional or behavioral difficulties. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, helping them build on their strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Jasmine integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, while recognizing that no single approach fits everyone. Together with her clients, she works to identify meaningful goals, explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop strategies that promote healing, resilience, and lasting growth.
