Natalie Raab

Each of us will experience times of pain and struggle where the solution isn’t obvious, or where various barriers prevent us from living the life we want. Natalie meets you with a nonjudgmental, nondirective stance to work together to make positive changes at your own pace. Positive change is pursued through gaining insight, and through identifying and using your inherent strengths to adjust patterns that aren’t working for you — while understanding that these patterns may have developed over the course of many years, through factors both biological and environmental, conscious and unconscious. Natalie takes a strengths-based and solutions-focused approach in therapy, drawing from various evidence-based modalities and lenses to serve each individual’s needs. Some of her approaches include CBT, ACT, EMDR, and narrative therapy.

Natalie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). She obtained a master’s degree from IUPUI in Counseling and Counselor Education (M.S.Ed) in 2017 and completed a graduate Licensed Mental Health Certificate program at Butler University. She has previously worked in both school and community mental health settings.
