Terri Moore

The first step is always the hardest, but also the most rewarding. Choosing to reach out for help is the first step to new beginnings and opens up opportunities to grow, heal, and live life to the fullest. Once you take that first step change truly begins. Terri’s passion is to help people make that first step of healing from past trauma, life’s hardships, grief, and sorrow. Through her own experiences, she has learned that each hurdle we may have to jump or mountain we may have to climb makes us stronger. She desires to help guide you through your journey by offering support in a non-judgmental environment while providing a client-centered base atmosphere.

Terri’s professional training is in mental health counseling with a focus on solution- focused and strength-based theories. She has a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago Illinois. In her previous work experience she has worked both in school based and homebased therapeutic work settings in Hamilton, Hendricks and Marion County. Her passion is to help others discover their own unique strengths to catapult them to the next level in their lives. She concentrates on people’s strengths, gifts, and talents. She is dedicated to working with people who are serious about creating more of what they want by taking a stand for who they are.  Terri considers herself an eclectic therapist who likes to work collaboratively with her clients. Her belief is that everyone possesses the knowledge and power to overcome obstacles and rise above past adversities. No matter where you are in life you can begin again by taking control of your life and starting over to become to best version of you that you can be.
