Thomas J Valek is a licensed mental health counselor in Carmel, Indiana. Thomas is the owner and founder of Touchstone Counseling which he started in 2013. He has experience working with individuals, couples and families. He obtained his counseling degree with a Masters in Science (MS) in 2011. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Purdue University as well as a Masters in Buisiness Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has worked in various settings including non profit agency and private practice, and worked for three years as a school based therapist in Indianapolis and Anderson Indiana elementary and middle schools.

Thomas has a strong desire to help others achieve happiness and acceptance with themselves and others in their lives. He lives in Noblesville, Indiana with his wife Carrie and his two sons Ethan and Dylan.
