Zack Litherland

If you have run into an obstacle in your life, especially one related to frustrating emotions like depression and anxiety, and you don’t know where to start, I am the therapist for you. My goal is to make therapy as simple as possible so we can work together to create the change in your life you want, whether that is to recover from a bout of mental illness or to have a space solely devoted to being heard.

I use the most researched type of talk therapy called Cognitive Behavior Therapy, also known as CBT. With CBT, we have a framework to see and change the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are holding you down.

I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of Southern Indiana. I have worked in community and hospital mental health center settings. I have experience with many diagnoses, from common depression or anxiety to personality disorders.
